A Colonial Inn, built in 1763, the Blackberry River Inn lies nestled in the foothills of the Berkshires on 27 scenic rural acres. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and restored to it's original elegance under the direction of new ownership, the Colonial Williamsburg buildings house 20 guest rooms, several of which feature working fireplaces. A sun filled morning room is the setting where guests enjoy the Inn's complimentary country breakfast.

From the airport, take Whitestone or Throggs Neck Bridge to New England Thruway, or I-95 North to Exit 27-A to Rt 8 North to last exit of highway in Winsted. Turn right onto Rt 44 West towards Norfolk. Blackberry River Inn is located 10 miles after the off ramp (about 2 miles after the town of Norfolk) on the right side of Rt 44.
